About Us

WildCare is an initiative that brings together four business groups. All of these businesses are involved at some point in delivering the WildCare Scheme standards to essential Waitrose Milk.

The four businesses that make up this initiative are:

• Waitrose
• The Waitrose Dairy Farm Milk Pool
• Dairy Crest
• AB Sustain

Under the essential Waitrose brand milk is supplied by a dedicated group of carefully selected dairy farmers. Produced to an exceptionally high quality it is ethical, environmental and sustains farming practices. In order to ensure Waitrose deliver the best quality milk, Waitrose works closely with the selected farmers and the milk processor Dairy Crest (Graham's Dairies in Scotland) and AB Sustain - the independent consultants and on farm assessors that deliver the WildCare Scheme.

Each of these businesses plays an important role in delivering the WildCare Scheme within the essential Waitrose Milk brand to the Waitrose customer.
