Open Farm Sunday: 1st JUNE 2008

Waitrose is one of the sponsors of this year’s Open Farm Sunday event, organised by LEAF (Linking Environment And Farming). Open days are being hosted by farmers all over the country for local people to learn about what farmers do, why they do it and why farms matter.

Several of Waitrose’s Select Farm Milk producers are participating in this event and are keen to demonstrate to visitors why their milk is so special - as well as how they encourage wildlife on their farms.
