This robust digital probe thermometer can take up to extreme temperatures -49.9 to 199.9°C with a 0.1°C resolution and features a max/min temperature recording function with the ability to change from C/F. It will measure temperature in liquids or air.
The probe can be placed in the dishwasher for cleaning (or to measure the water temperature). Each thermometer is supplied with a FREE protective silicone boot and protective probe cover that incorporates a pocket clip and wall-mounting keyhole slot.

The water temperature for night time surveys must be at least 5°C and for torching there should be no/little wind and no rain.
