This artificial nest (with a left or right entrance) is suitable for House Martins. The nest box is made from Woodstone, a concrete and wood fibre mix which safeguard against attacks from predators including woodpeckers, cats and squirrels.
Hang the artificial nests for the house martin on the façade of the house or barn, directly under the roof gutter or the overhang. Preferably on the east or northeast side, if possible site nest together as House Martins are colonial nesters. No nesting material needs to be added. The artificial nests are supplied with mounting material, two plugs and screws.
