The directional microphone is a specialised ultrasonic microphone designed for the Titley Scientific Ranger, Anabat Swift, and Anabat Express recorders.
It’s highly sensitive and directional zone of reception means you can target your recordings and avoid ambient noise. This is the only weatherproof directional microphone commercially available, and allows you to record bat up to 250kHz.
