The Schwegler 1SP Sparrow Terrace is a multi-chamber nest box designed to provide nesting space for colonial species such as house sparrows and tree sparrows. With three separate brood chambers, it allows multiple pairs to nest in close proximity.
Constructed from SCHWEGLER wood-concrete, the terrace offers a durable and insulated nesting environment suitable for long-term use.

Species Suitability
Primarily designed for house sparrows and tree sparrows. May also be used by other cavity-nesting species such as tits, redstarts and spotted flycatchers.
Siting & Installation
Suitable for installation on residential, agricultural and industrial buildings, including houses, barns and sheds. Install at a height of at least 2 metres above ground level.
The terrace can be surface-mounted using the supplied screws and plugs, or integrated into brick or concrete walls during construction. When building into walls, appropriate insulation or installation depth should be considered.
Maintenance
No specific maintenance requirements are stated. Inspection and cleaning should only be carried out where appropriate.
